html模版</title<a href="http://hostel.8193.com.tw/" rel="nofollow ugc noreferrer noopener">旅館裝潢規畫專家-套房裝潢實例,木製地板鋪設,飯店裝潢,汽車旅館裝潢,飯店裝潢設計,飯店風裝潢</a>><a href="http://www.officego.com.tw/pen.html" rel="nofollow ugc noreferrer noopener">客製化刻字筆專賣｜飛龍刻字筆｜百樂刻字筆｜SKB刻字筆｜刻字鋼珠筆｜刻字筆服務</a></head><body>青海空管氣象臺"老邢"：一個稱呼 一份信賴</br><br/><br/>老邢不老，算算虛歲也才36歲。可在青海空管分局氣象臺設備室年輕人的眼裡，不論遇到什麼解決不瞭的設備問題，隻要老邢在，問題就解決瞭一大半。一聲“老邢”，是一個稱呼，更是一份信賴。<br/><br/>2010年研究生畢業後，當時還是“小邢”的他來到瞭民航青海空管分局。同所有剛剛踏入職場的人一樣，象牙塔內的理論知識在實際工作面前總是顯得有些捉襟見肘。不服輸的他花瞭一年時間，一邊結合實際操作虛心向老師傅請教，一邊抱著厚厚的技術資料狂啃，在總結整理瞭幾大本業務學習資料之後，氣象設備的“頭疼腦熱”隻要一經他手總能“藥到病除”，老師傅們一說起他總是連連誇贊。在此後的職業生涯裡，不斷學習和勤於動手成瞭他的LOGO。<br/><br/>老邢有顆“匠心”。2013年7月，青海分局新航管樓佈線工程正式開始。身為黨員的老邢帶領一個小組實施氣象臺機房室內通信線纜鋪設。面對幾千條紛繁雜亂的線纜和分局項目指揮部規定的“高效、無誤、美觀”的工程要求， 沒有工程經驗的老邢帶著組員開始瞭這項復雜的工作：直接將線纜拉上橋架，固定好的線纜扭扭曲曲，擰的和麻花一樣，視覺效果太差，重來；將線纜在地上摔直，再上橋架固定，依然有部分扭曲，重來；將線纜先放上橋架，再施加外力拉直，卻發現線纜保護層有破壞，重來......一次又一次的失敗讓大傢有些沮喪，其實線纜少量的彎曲是完全沒有問題的，但本著“嚴慎細實”的態度，老邢反復琢磨嘗試瞭兩天，在幾經失敗之後終於找到瞭有效的辦法--先用手將線纜一寸一寸的捋直，再放上橋架用集線束固定。在向全體組員示范培訓之後，大傢齊心協力圓滿地完成組織交給的任務。佈好的線纜有著一種理科生才能創造的--近乎偏執的整齊而又規范的美感，這為今後可能出現的線纜故障的排查工作提供瞭極大的便利。<br/><br/>老邢有雙“巧手”。設備的故障在日常工作裡是常有的事情。一般小一點的故障大傢都能排除，但如果遇到“傷筋動骨”的設備，很多單位都是直接送到廠傢維修。但老邢總能在大傢都準備放棄的時候，照著說明書和各種資料，讓設備“滿血復活”。就在剛剛過去的2017年春運保障中，氣象臺預報室的填圖機在一片祥和喜慶的氣氛裡很不爭氣的趴瞭窩。在做好應急工作後，老邢將這臺隻有廠傢能修的設備大卸八塊，最終找到瞭問題所在。在淘寶上淘來所需要的元器件後，在大傢的圍觀下組裝好瞭填圖機。插電，運行，恢復正常！在場的人無不心服口服。這樣的事例有很多，氣象雷達故障，衛星雲圖接收機故障.....都是老邢帶著機務員一次又一次排查故障再修復。不僅保證瞭氣象保障工作的正常運行，也為分局節省瞭累計幾十萬元的維修費用。<br/><br/>老邢有種“情懷”。作為科室安全管理工作的負責人，他對安全有種近乎苛刻的執著。在設備室QSMS手冊建設過程中，為瞭讓手冊更加貼近實際<a href="http://static.8193.com.tw/classic.php" rel="nofollow ugc noreferrer noopener">靜電機安裝</a>工作及崗位需求，也為瞭讓機務員的每一條操作都有依有據，他反復研讀瞭氣象相關法律標準以及民航氣象行業標準的各項條款，每一個制度或者工作程序的制定都從手冊執行者的角度反復討論。甚至連操作時需要輸入的命令都寫入瞭手冊。在不斷修改、不斷完善後，設備室的QSMS手冊有著很強的操作性和實用性。同樣，在科室危險源識別和管控工作中，老邢對安全保持著高度敏感，對安全隱患采取零容忍的態度，每月都組織安全學習與套理論，從2011年至今，共識別氣象設備危險源35項，並全部采取瞭減緩和降低措施，同時關閉26項危險源。在日常工作中，嚴格要求機務員按照手冊進行操作。正是老邢這種渴望“絕對安全”的情懷，讓機務員“操作有依據、操作按規矩，操作留記錄”，也讓氣象臺設備能平穩有序的運行有瞭堅實的保障。<br/><br/>老邢也有自己的生活。他喜歡打羽毛球，分局每周的羽毛球訓練中總能看到他矯健的身影。在談到他兩個可愛的女兒時，他總是笑瞇瞭眼，這笑容裡是滿滿的幸福。老邢全名邢耀餘，中共黨員，民航青海空管分局氣象臺設備室主任，民航空管系統第一<a href="http://www.muye.com.tw/" rel="nofollow ugc noreferrer noopener">腳底按摩</a>屆“空管榜樣”獲得者。一聲“老邢”，就是一份信賴。（中國民航網 通訊員田維東）<br/><br/></body></html><br/><br/><a href="http://house93m.com/" rel="nofollow ugc noreferrer noopener">電動床</a><br/><br/><ul>
